📋 Description
• Support children and teens ages 0 to 17 and their caregivers • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care • Complete thorough clinical documentation within standard of ethical care • Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with standards of care, tools, policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for redefining behavioral health for children and families • Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) • Availability to provide care within peak hours (2pm-8pm) for a minimum of 6 hours/week • At least 3 years of experience practicing independently • Expertise in evidence-based interventions for children and families • Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting
