• Answer incoming calls for new patient appointments promptly and professionally. • Utilize the Athena EMR system to efficiently schedule appointments and manage patient information. • Demonstrate strong follow-up skills by calling back patients to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed. • Send appointment confirmations via email. • Work a standard 8-hour day, totaling 40 hours per week. • Display proficiency in medical insurance processes and terminology. • Act as a self-motivated and dedicated team member. • Work within the Eastern Time Zone to accommodate our patient base effectively.
• Previous experience working with medical practices and Athena EMR’s. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Familiarity with medical insurance processes and terminology. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. • Self-driven and able to work independently.
