Description

ā€¢ Organize and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments efficiently. ā€¢ Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive. ā€¢ Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining records. ā€¢ Handle the booking of appointments with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. ā€¢ Make travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating travel itineraries. ā€¢ Process and manage order entries accurately and promptly. ā€¢ Monitor and manage the executive's email inbox, prioritizing and responding to emails as needed. ā€¢ Conduct outreach to potential new customers. ā€¢ Manage and enhance the executive's LinkedIn profile and presence. ā€¢ Coordinate and schedule meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. ā€¢ Manage and organize information, files, and documents. ā€¢ Assist with special projects, research tasks, and presentations as needed. ā€¢ Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. ā€¢ Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking, budget management, and invoice processing. ā€¢ Handle ad-hoc requests, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions to problems.

Requirements

ā€¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). ā€¢ Proven experience in project management and executive support roles. ā€¢ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. ā€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ā€¢ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. ā€¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. ā€¢ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. ā€¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. ā€¢ Proactive, adaptable, and a self-starter. ā€¢ Must have a reliable internet connection.
