• As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Hang’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This position is ideal for a sharp, scrappy, and emotionally intelligent person with a passion for startups & technology. • Identify and engage potential new customers, focusing on our ideal customer profile (ICP) to expand our market presence. • Source leads through traditional methods (emails, cold calls, etc.), as well as newer more creative methods. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to tailor pitches that align with potential clients’ needs. • Analyze market trends and prospect feedback to recommend improvements to the business processes. • Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, including challenges faced and outcomes achieved. • Potentially participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to foster brand visibility and business growth.
• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field • Demonstrated interest in working at a high-growth technology startup • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Previous internship experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus
