📋 Description
• Harbor is seeking a dynamic 3E Project Manager to join our legal technology and operations division. • The Project Manager ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service. • This role oversees the implementation team to ensure effective task, risk, and time management. • Responsible for the success of multiple concurrent projects, the Project Manager excels at collaborating with business and technology leaders. • Helps clients align software and draw data from a wide array of systems, enabling firms to manage the client life cycle more effectively. • Works with organizations worldwide, enabling them to gain greater insight from their data and execute more effectively based on that insight. • This is a full-time, fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
🎯 Requirements
• Project management experience implementing 3E/ law firm finance systems • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • Proficient with collaboration and project tracking tools • 3+ years of experience with the firm’s services, and/or clients is ideal or prior experience in the legal software industry. • Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality. • Authorized to work in country of residence without restriction or sponsorship.
