• The Controller is a key leader for the Finance organization • Overseeing accounting operations for all operating units of The Harbor Health Inc • Accountable for preparing monthly financial statements • Supporting the Financial Planning team in establishing annual targets and forecasts • Coordinating activities for external audits • Managing the accumulation and consolidation of financial data necessary for timely and accurate internal financial reporting and external regulatory reporting • Ensuring timely and accurate data is available to support the business leaders making critical operating decisions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting • 10 years of progressive work experience in accounting, with 2+ years in a Corporate Controller role • Statutory accounting experience • Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Leadership teams across all aspects of an organization • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Previous NetSuite experience a plus
