Description

• Join H.B. Requirements

• Education: 4-year college degree in a related field, preferably with a business and/or chemistry background. • Experience: External: 5+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a related industry and B2B environment with a chemistry background. • Internal: 5+ years of relevant experience within H.B. Fuller, with at least 3 years of successful performance and achievement of sales/profit targets. • Skills: Technical knowledge of products and services. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse pipeline of opportunities. Proficient in using sales tools and systems to drive efficiency and results. • Other: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to frequently travel.
