Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least 7 years of relevant work experience OR Associates or technical degree in related area of study and at least 5 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related area of study & at least 3 years of relevant work experience. • Demonstrated experience and success in technical sales or technical background. • Ability to travel up to 60%. • Possess a valid driver’s license. • Understanding of business acumen in partnership with customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Flexible, open-minded, organized, and tenacious and good team player. • MS Office experience. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • (Preferred Requirements) Bachelor’s Degree. • (Preferred Requirements) Flooring industry experience. • (Preferred Requirements) Understanding of Technical Specifications and construction engineering experience. • (Preferred Requirements) Customer related technical work or similar. • (Preferred Requirements) Understanding of “value selling” techniques and how to quantify value. • (Preferred Requirements) Leadership potential and desire for more responsibility. • (Preferred Requirements) Excel experience.
