• Lead the strategy and execution that drives the company’s growth. • Partner with the CEO to set and achieve ambitious business development goals. • Perform comprehensive market and economic analysis to identify gaps, emerging requirements, and competitive threats. • Manage all phases of the business development lifecycle across multiple pursuits. • Oversee and mentor a team of Business Development professionals and Capture Managers. • Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-impact business growth opportunities. • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and operational planning, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. • Build and strengthen relationships with key government customers and partners within the federal sector.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years in Business Development, including a minimum of 12 years leading teams in a high-growth environment. • Demonstrated experience managing successful capture and pipeline efforts across Intel Community and DoD sectors, with a record of delivering results at diverse acquisition scales. • In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and proven ability to utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and build relationships. • Existing access to key government and industry contacts within the Intel Community, along with a deep understanding of their needs and acquisition strategies. • Technical degree or advanced degree highly preferred. • Demonstrated success managing a pipeline valued at $5 billion or more. • Skilled in shaping acquisitions, building competitive industry teams, assessing win probabilities, and executing comprehensive capture plans. • Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and align cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders, and secure buy-in from senior management.
