Description

• Integral role in owning and evolving Headway’s creative and production working model. • Responsible for owning and optimizing end-to-end creative operations, process, and production. • Build and manage creative and production budgets. • Lead and manage company-wide brand projects from end-to-end. • Maintain ongoing production for print, illustration, and simple photoshoots. • Collaborate with marketing on roadmapping creative resources. • Source and manage vendor relationships. • Streamline freelancer sourcing and manage talent roster. • Organize and manage asset library and delivery system. • Build and maintain a strong culture within creative and cross-functional teams. • Keep the organization informed on creative projects.

Requirements

• 4 - 6+ years of Creative Operations experience, ideally coming from a producer background. • Detail-oriented and enjoy managing complex end-to-end processes. • Enjoy building new, cross-functional processes from scratch. • Experience in high growth technology environments with a large amount of autonomy. • Thrive in the unknown, and seek out opportunities to dive into unfamiliar challenges, roll up your sleeves, learn new skills, and drive towards solutions. • Motivated by the opportunity to make an impact on one of our generation’s defining problems, accessible mental healthcare.
