Description
• Headway’s mission is to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. • Responsible for building and maintaining a delightful onboarding experience for providers. • Oversee the onboarding process including intake experience and credentialing with insurance companies. • Develop a strategy for onboarding, create a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience improving and iterating on product experiences that customers love. • You are a master at digging into data, defining clear goals, running toward them & bringing your team along the way. • You love tackling ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment with an optimistic and energizing attitude. • You possess deep user empathy, have strong intuition on how they think, and love delighting them. • You have an exceptionally high bar for building incredible experiences.
