📋 Description

• Build and manage analytics and insights needs across the organization • Work with partner team leads to collect, visualize and interpret data • Build deep partnership between the Data team and other areas of the organization • Perform analyses that lead to impactful data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of full-time experience using data to surfacing key insights and recommendations • 6+ years of full-time experience at a high-growth technology startup • You are adept at building relationships with the people you work with • Proficient in SQL, developing and documenting data models, and experience managing a modern BI tool like Metabase or Looker • Willingness to “do the dishes” - no task is below you • Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through • A self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and identify opportunities • You are motivated by our mission
