Description

• Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) life cycle • Establish and maintain vendor relationships • Assist with the annual 1099 process • Complete monthly bank reconciliations • Reconcile and maintain monthly prepaid and accrual schedules • Manage the daily accounts receivable operations • Assist Corporate Controller with general accounting functions • Reconcile financial discrepancies as necessary • Contribute to the overall success of Accounting department

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on financial accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Strong analytical and problem – solving skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver timely and accurate results • Excellent organizational skills • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • System Proficiencies (preferred but not required): • Microsoft Great Plains • Microsoft Excel (Advanced) • AvidXchange • Automated AP Software
