📋 Description
• A Workday Systems Analyst specializing in Payroll is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday Payroll module. • This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support payroll operations through system enhancements and issue resolution. • This position reports to the Business Applications Manager and supports the ongoing Workday project, with potential for full-time employment upon project completion.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience working with Workday Payroll module. • Participation in at least one full Workday implementation or major system enhancement. • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance. • Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with payroll teams and IT stakeholders. • Experience with payroll reporting and system integrations. • Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll and related modules such as Time Tracking and Advanced Compensation.
