🎯 Requirements
• Accounting degree or similar required. • 5+ years experience in payroll processing, accounting, or a related finance role. • General Admin and Project management experience is a huge plus! • Strong understanding of billing methods, including hourly, fixed fee, and time & materials. • Proficiency with QuickBooks and BQE (or similar project tracking/accounting software). • Ability to manage multiple contractors and employees with varying pay structures. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills to coordinate with employees, contractors, and management. • Experience with financial reconciliation and reporting, including profit analysis. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while improving processes as needed.
