📋 Description
• Lead the General Ledger setup and configuration of payroll software • Ensure seamless GL mapping and accurate payroll data integration • Analyze client GL needs and troubleshoot integration issues • Provide training on payroll-to-GL workflows • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve integration processes
🎯 Requirements
• General Ledger experience with understanding of GL structure • Experience with Payroll Systems, QuickBooks or other accounting platforms is a plus • Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUM/IF) • Ability to write SQL queries for data validation • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Experience reconciling payroll transactions with the general ledger • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
