📋 Description

• Remote, Full-time • ExpertVoice is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to contribute expertise and support the Finance team in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and various other tasks. • Reporting to the Controller. • Assist the AR Accountant with accurate and timely cash applications. • Assist the Sr Accountant in the efficient administration of Airbase operations (Expense Report and Accounts Payable management software). • Manage, record, and set up payment for vendor invoices in a timely manner. • Audit and approve employee reimbursement and expense reports. • Efficiently handle and organize the accounts payable inbox. • Provide support in billing, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks. • Assist in miscellaneous month-end tasks to maintain financial accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support • Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable management • Ability to effectively communicate via email and phone • Skilled in working independently with minimal supervision • Must possess strong organizational skills and driven by deadlines • Ability to work with a team and communicate/collaborate effectively with other departments • High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheet to facilitate efficient data management and analysis
