📋 Description
• Own the payroll process across corporate and property-based employees • Responsible for accounting, operations, communication, and administrative functions of payroll • Enhance automation and scalability while ensuring accurate and compliant processing • Implement new or modified core pay related processes • Provide best practice advice on payroll-related matters
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of payroll management experience - hospitality industry preferred but not required • Hands-on experience with a payroll software and multi-state payroll environment • Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel skills • Excellent colleague and partner, able to work with all levels of the organization • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid pace of improvement
