Description

• Product is the cornerstone of our business. • We are looking for a Product Manager with experience leveraging a Product-Led Growth approach. • Develop and execute the PLG strategy that drives user acquisition, retention, and expansion. • Analyze user data to identify and address growth opportunities. • Manage the execution of the Product Roadmap. • Write comprehensive user stories and detailed acceptance criteria. • Own the end to end process of the product release and Go to Market Product Launch. • Communicate and actively work to mitigate risks to budget, resources, and timeline.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a PLG Product Manager at a high growth SaaS startup. • Proven track record of driving growth through product optimization and experimentations. • Experience working closely with Marketing colleagues to create and execute a strategy. • Experience using a ticketing system, strong plus for JIRA. • Experience using product/user analytics tools such as MixedPanel or Pendo. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a variety of stakeholders. • Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior. • Bonus: 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Technology and/or a clinical background.
