Description

• Support the HCHB Revenue Cycle Management Operations Team and customers through payor setup management, claims management, and rejected claims management. • Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards. • Prepare and present analytical reports on a monthly basis to customer’s executive leadership team. • Escalate revenue cycle aging issues to customer’s Executive Leadership team. • Assist customer in working down their unbilled items. • Maintain a deep understanding of financial processes.
