Description

• The successful Product Manager will oversee the development and enhancement of critical modules within our HCM platform. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of modules, features and functionality that meet the needs of our global clients.

Requirements

• Work with your colleagues in Product to drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle. • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products. • Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize feature enhancements. • Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
