β’ The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and qualification efforts for Helios. β’ Ensure a cohesive approach to sales by leveraging advanced tools and strategies to streamline operations and support the broader sales team. β’ Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities, focusing on those that can benefit from our global payments and payroll solutions. β’ Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients. β’ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the target customer profile. β’ Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads. β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). β’ Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. β’ Leverage and integrate various sales technologies and tools to streamline lead generation and qualification processes. β’ Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation tactics. β’ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs. β’ Continuously develop and improve lead generation techniques and approaches to drive better results.
β’ 1+ years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably within the SaaS or HR tech industry. β’ Demonstrated experience with sales technologies, CRM systems, and lead generation tools. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision makers. β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively. β’ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. β’ Motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and a focus on achieving targets. β’ Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies. β’ Basic understanding of global payments and payroll systems is a plus. β’ Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment. β’ Team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to supporting the sales teamβs success.
