Description

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will: • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the data platform in alignment with company goals • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and deliverables • Lead and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure a steady flow and success of the team’s work • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define technical requirements, ensure timely delivery of features, and manage project timelines • Define, build, and optimize the data infrastructure and tools that provide the foundation of our analytics and business intelligence capabilities • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, privacy, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence • Ensure the protection and privacy of highly sensitive patient data by enabling robust data governance infrastructure • Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance in collaboration with the engineering team • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable product requirements • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates, timelines, and feedback • Use insights to influence product decisions and keep the platform ahead of and in tune with company demands

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or related technologies • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products • Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Experience managing products built with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) • Strong problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a "drive for results" attitude • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience working with distributed teams • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies
