• Collaborate across the engineering, design, and business sectors to develop and execute product roadmaps. • Gather a deep understanding of business problems and needs, and formulate solutions that align with company objectives. • Stay updated with market trends to inform the creation of product strategies. • Foster an environment of collaboration between engineering, design, and business stakeholders. • Effectively manage product team resources to ensure project completion timelines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 (preferably 4+) years of experience in a product management role within the tech industry. • 2+ years of experience parsing data and analytics to make data-driven decisions. • Proven track record of shipping customer-oriented features or products. • Strong technical expertise and ability to work closely with engineering and design teams. • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Strong collaboration skills to collect and understand requirements from business stakeholders and formulate solutions to business problems. • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. • Experience working in remote teams is considered a plus. • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
