📋 Description
• Play a crucial role in accelerating business growth • Build customer relationships, shape growth & partnership strategy • Generate new opportunities and leads in collaboration with sales team • Innovate through growth hacking and creative approaches • Contribute to expanding partner network and represent HelloBonnie • Utilize GTM tools and data analytics for continuous improvement • Work closely on high-impact growth initiatives from day one
🎯 Requirements
• Initial experience in startups, sales/GTM roles, or fast-paced environments • Availability of at least 3 months for full-time internship • Strong ambition to drive commercial growth and partnerships • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 level) • Pragmatic, action-oriented mindset ready to dive in • Strong analytical skills and interest in lead generation and CRM tools • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with courage to explore new approaches • Experience with software products in FinTech or WorkTech is a plus
