📋 Description
• Seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst to join HelloFresh’s Finance team. • Utilize data to drive strategic decision-making, focusing on headcount, analytics, and G&A planning process. • Take full ownership of budgeting and reporting process, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of operations. • Develop dashboards and reporting in partnership with People Team using HR tools/systems data.
🎯 Requirements
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field, or the equivalent of 5+ years of experience with HR data analytics • Excellent data analysis skills for building reporting/dashboards including a strong skill set in Tableau, Excel Macros, SQL and/or other BI platform • Experience with Adaptive and HRIS/Payroll software (Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, ADP), is preferred • Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels and functions • Proven ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environment
