📋 Description
• Hello Heart is seeking a talented Senior Manager, Consultant Relations who will play a critical part in our commercial team by supporting the sales team focusing on consultant relations. • The role will be responsible for helping to manage, build, and maintain relationships in the consulting community, as well as educating consultants on our value proposition and key differentiators. • This role is critical to Hello Heart’s growth strategy and we are seeking individuals with in-depth knowledge of the consulting space, existing relationships, and a passion for digital health solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in Consulting Relations • Experience at a consulting or brokerage firm is strongly preferred • Relationships with and understanding of firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Alliant, Segal, Gallagher, and Lockton required • Experience with a digital health solution, preferably in a start-up environment • Excellent poise and presentation skills, strong writing skills • Experience leveraging technology and tools • Adept at social selling and networking • "Go-getter", driven to work in a growing company and help enable teams to sell a solution that gets quick results and can save lives • Ability to travel 50% of the time
