•We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Manager with a strong background in healthcare data to support our team on a full-time basis. •In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating actionable insights, and managing our business intelligence tools. •Your experience with healthcare data standards and a keen understanding of the healthcare industry's unique challenges will be critical to driving informed business decisions.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Manager, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare industry. •Deep understanding of healthcare data, standards, and regulatory requirements, including familiarity with HIPAA. •Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, with experience working on healthcare-related datasets. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. •Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, BigQuery, or similar platforms, with a focus on healthcare analytics. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in addressing the nuances of healthcare data. •Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with sensitivity to healthcare-specific implications. •Expertise in data visualization techniques and best practices, particularly for healthcare reporting and compliance.
