• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified clinical candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. • Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates. • Screen candidates through phone interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and qualifications against job requirements. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary candidate information and feedback. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes. • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive advantage. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related materials as needed.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, with a focus on clinical roles within the healthcare industry. • Proven track record of successfully filling candidate pipelines and meeting recruitment targets. • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements preferred. • Experience with Lever
