• Join Helprise – a growing outsourcing and consultancy firm. • Looking for a Payroll Manager for the EMEA region. • Define and oversee the roles and responsibilities of the EMEA payroll team. • Develop, socialize, and implement the EMEA payroll strategy. • Establish and manage an international payroll governance framework. • Collaborate with leadership to execute the EMEA Payroll strategy. • Lead efforts to select, contract, and manage payroll providers. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for payroll processes. • Establish a clear vision for regional Payroll processes. • Identify opportunities for process improvements with local HR. • Manage the EMEA Payroll team to meet delivery expectations. • Handle client service requests and resolution. • Build relationships throughout the organization. • Create a customer-centric and quality-driven culture. • Collaborate on reporting and analytics with Global Business Services. • Monitor financial aspects of relevant processes as needed. • Participate in GBS and Global Payroll projects.
• Make decisions impacting the business results of the area. • Guide decisions using policies, resource requirements, budgets, and area business plans. • Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization. • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential. • Direct and control the activities and budget of functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs, and/or operations. • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including federal/country and regulatory requirements. • Lead a group or team of employees to achieve organizational goals. • Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System. • Assure that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the Company Quality Policy.
