Description
• Responsible for system administration duties • administer, maintain, and optimize HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM/GTM technologies • ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms • maintain and optimize processes to support the Rev Ops team • create, maintain, and generate regular reports and dashboards for sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
• strong technical knowledge and proven experience with building and maintaining GTM tech stacks, CRM implementations, and data integrations. • multiple years of hands-on experience performing Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration and implementation. • love to support marketing and sales campaigns with processes, efficiencies and technology • growth mindset, a passion for learning, and willingness to lean into discomfort for the good of customers and product. • Bonus points: • worked in a similar role in a fast-growing SaaS business • experience with a business intelligence tool like Looker or Tableau • certified with Salesforce (SCA).
