Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software Product Management or a similar role • Demonstrated success at building and launching product initiatives that have a significant positive impact on the business and the user • Previous experience working in revenue growth, marketing tech, DTC or B2C organizations. • Experience working with both Engineering and Business Stakeholders as a Product Manager. • Strong aptitude for critical thinking and understanding business needs, with the ability to translate user insights and data into actionable product strategies. • Proficient at working with excel or similar tools to analyze and visualize data • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain learnings to both technical and non-technical partners • A team player who’s able to partner with cross-functional teams to quickly turn insights into actions • Comfortable making considerations for data privacy and regulatory compliance considerations in a high-compliance industry like healthcare or financial services • Very comfortable adapting on the fly and working outside your comfort zone in a fast-paced startup environment
