• Develop an in-depth understanding of the customers, distributors, competitors to build product strategies • Manage the New Product Introduction Process within SAP, the mix and product line communications • Partner with sector and portfolio teams to develop a successful value proposition and product line marketing strategy • Work to understand organization’s processes to develop new product extensions • Work with cross-functional teammates to identify new product opportunities • Update all online resources for internal and external stakeholders and markets • Manage the total financials, tactical interaction with supply chain and ongoing monitoring of the SBU • Deep-dive into portfolio performance along key metrics • Update product communications and collateral materials
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field • A few years of experience ideally in Applications, Sales, Global Marketing, and R&D • Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills • Intermediate knowledge of finances with a holistic view of profitability • Ability to influence others and build positive working relationships across business functions • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, and Tableau, skills in financial modeling and analysis preferred • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (both domestic and international)
