We give them the necessary tools and a platform that facilitates providers and patients to find the right care and nurture them along their care journey. • Duties and Responsibilities: • Support our Clinical Users and Teams • Enable Clinical Management and Provider Tooling • Support and enhance the Provider Portal • 90% of their day is writing code, and working on features, 10% is standup and architecture discussions • Testing to ensure nothing will break upon release • Contributing to peer questions and code reviews • Validate technologies and approaches to achieve development objectives. • Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure business objectives are achieved. • Mentor and guide other developers. • Learn and understand how Henry Meds works and help build end-to-end solutions. • Learn and grow from working with great colleagues and taking on challenges.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building successful production software systems. • Technical Strength areas: Typescript, JavaScript, Material UI or similar, NodeJS, React, GraphQL or Rest APIs. Unit testing with Jest, Vitest, Mocha, or other similar tools. • Experience with analytics tools (Heap/GTM) and A/B testing tools (Kameleoon, Launch Darkly) to make data-driven decisions to improve the front-end experience. • A background focused on performance improvement working closely with customer-facing and product growth teams. • Experience creating an onboarding/check out application that delights customers. • A customer-first mindset building complex software systems from 0-1. • Proven ability to create meaningful partnerships between product, marketing, and customer experience teams. • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. • Passion for development and ability to dig into solving problems. • Nice to have: Experience working with Datadog or other robust monitoring systems (Sentry, New Relic, Rollbar). Integration experience with iterable, heap, hubspot, etc. • Experience working with CI/CD, .Net/C#, GCP, analytics, A/B testing, feature flags. • Bonus: experience working in startups, especially telehealth or D2C e-commerce companies.
