Description

• Responsible for growing US Dental Group revenues and reputation • Selling, servicing, and developing targeted large accounts • Engaging key customer executive management to understand needs • Recommending supply and service solutions • Developing proposals and presentations • Implementing national dental sales and marketing programs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing in dental distribution or manufacturing • Minimum experience working with NDSOs and large dental offices • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent preferred • Knowledge of dental organization • Demonstrated experience in developing new and successful business initiatives • Ability to coordinate relevant services to incorporate into customer programs and offerings • Basic computer software skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and Power-Point • Must know purchasing software and their interaction with ERP systems including AP and AR • Understanding of supply chain processes in a healthcare provider organization • Ability to give professional presentations to board-level executives • Ability to negotiate legal contract terms within company policies and directives • Previous experience with team selling is preferred • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
