🎯 Requirements
• Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Administration und Anpassung von Salesforce, speziell in der Sales und Service Cloud • Du besitzt Erfahrung mit der Anforderungsanalyse und deren Umsetzung in Salesforce • Außerdem bringst Du Fähigkeiten in der Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards mit • Kenntnisse in Prozessautomatisierung und Workflow-Optimierung sind Teil Deines Profils • Du hast Erfahrung in der Integration von Salesforce mit anderen Systemen und APIs • Du weist bereits Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden wie SCRUM auf • Im Optimalfall hast Du bereits Salesforce-Zertifikate (z.B. Salesforce Administrator oder Trailhead-Badges )
