📋 Description
• Du erstellst und pflegst Dashboards und Reports in Salesforce und anderen Tools, um wichtige KPIs zu tracken und Insights für das Team bereitzustellen. • Du unterstützt bei der Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen in unseren Vertriebsprozessen und hilfst bei der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen. • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Salesforce-Team zusammen, um die Datenqualität zu verbessern , bei der Konfiguration zu unterstützen und Nutzerfragen zu beantworten. • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von RevOps-Projekten, wie z.B. der Einführung neuer Tools oder der Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen. • Du recherchierst Best Practices im Bereich Revenue Operations und SaaS-Vertrieb und erstellst Analysen zur Wettbewerbssituation.
🎯 Requirements
• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, technischen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang • Starkes Interesse an Vertriebsprozessen , Datenanalyse und SaaS-Geschäftsmodellen • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Affinität zu Zahlen • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen (vorzugsweise Salesforce) • Basis-Kenntnisse in SQL von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich • Verfügbarkeit von 15-20 Stunden pro Woche • Deutschkenntnisse ( C1 Level)
