• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends • Proficiency in statistical software and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Tableau) • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with SAP APO, IBP is a plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability • Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports • Experience with data analytics tools • Travel up to 10% is required
