Description
• Lead a networked team of professionals to improve and sustain data elements • Develop and oversee training to ensure sustained practices. • Establish resource requirements, priorities and acceptable timelines. • Engage functional/site SC leaders and direct efforts of SC operations personnel. • Develop, monitor and enforce data management policies, procedures, and standards. • Drive life cycle data management activities across all functions. • Engage Lonza corporate CoEs to align and improve Supply Chain operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain • English Business fluent; Any other major languages is nice to have. • Advanced no. of years of experience in Process/ Systems improvement • Proven experience within Master data is a MUST. • Highly experienced in Supply chain Change Management • End to End understanding of SC workstreams • Understanding of how systems support processes
