📋 Description

• Responsible for leading innovation in Inertial Navigation • Drive growth of the MEMS inertial sensor business • Develop innovative solutions for inertial sensors and navigation challenges • Create sophisticated numerical models and testing protocols • Analyze data to validate numerical models • Support inertial sensor fabrication and assembly • Develop Government and DoD business through customer understanding • Interact with customers’ engineers and technical staff • Write proposals, RFI responses, and whitepapers • Generate cost baselines and work breakdown structures • Travel within the U.S. to meet customers

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in inertial sensor design and development • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/ Physics/ Optics/ Material Science • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in an engineering or technical field preferred • Working knowledge of U.S. Defense funding and acquisition process • Technical writing skill and experience • Speaking/ Presentation/ Dialogue Skills • Demonstrable Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly • Self-motivated, and ability to self-prioritize effectively • High level of skill communicating effectively • Experience in Sales Development, Prospecting, Qualifying, Negotiating • Ability to travel • Secret level security clearance a preferred • French language skills are preferred • Proficient in Positioning, Navigation and Timing technologies or related high-tech industry preferred
