Description

• Design, deliver, and refine technical training programs on scripting, forensic techniques, and web reconnaissance. • Collaborate with the instructor team and Training Manager to align training outcomes with client expectations. • Lead technical curriculum development and deliver high-impact, hands-on technical training. • Mentor instructors and provide technical guidance to strengthen their teaching capabilities. • Consult with the Training Manager to assess and enhance curriculum based on performance metrics and feedback. • Represent the Academy as a technical expert at industry events and workshops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in OSINT, technical investigations, or related roles. • Proficiency in Python scripting for OSINT tasks, including automation and data scraping. • Advanced knowledge of web reconnaissance, forensic investigation methods, and data collection tools and techniques. • Proven ability to design and deliver technical training that incorporates hands-on, practical components. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into accessible training materials. • Familiarity with instructional technologies and platforms for course delivery and development. • Demonstrated experience leading and developing instructors, trainers, and programs. • Advanced skills with computer programs and online resources for course development, delivery, project management, and other aspects of the job. • Training or education program management experience. • Excellent judgment and people skills; ability to forge strong working relationships with stakeholders.
