Description

• Develop software using the Pega platform for a large-scale IT system • Complete Pega development stories and tasks within each sprint • Collaborate with solution architects and Business Analysts for architecture compliance • Provide guidance to junior developers through training, code reviews, and mentorship • Support continuous integration by writing code/scripts and creating CI/CD pipelines • Test, debug, and monitor application performance using Pega’s built-in tools • Ensure compliance with government policies, privacy standards, and 508 accessibility • Engage with stakeholders and clients to present solutions and gather feedback • Integrate databases, legacy software, and online services to streamline processes

Requirements

• Advanced degree in an Engineering discipline or related field • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x application development, including case management • 3+ years of Java development experience • Strong object-oriented analysis, design, and troubleshooting skills • Expertise beyond the Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) level • Deep understanding of Pega architecture, DCO, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and full PRPC implementation cycles • Proven experience in designing and developing process-based solutions, BPM systems
