📋 Description

• HHAeXchange is the leading technology platform for home and community-based care. • The role will drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions. • The Analyst will manage the complete data lifecycle, from data engineering through analysis and visualization: • Build and automate ETL pipelines • Design and maintain data models • Create automated reporting solutions and BI dashboards • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions • Understand and translate diverse stakeholder data needs into actionable solutions • Champion data governance within their domain • Stay current with analytics and BI industry trends to drive continuous improvement • This position balances technical expertise with strong business partnership, requiring someone who can both execute and influence across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, or Statistics. • 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of analytical experience. • Ability to deliver impactful data solutions in a format understandable to a non-technical audience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to understand the "big picture" yet preserve a keen eye for details. • Experience with database query languages, such as SQL/Snowflake/Postgres. • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including use of Array formulas, Index/Match, etc. • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and produce consistent results in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenge.
