Description

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS enablement, with 5+ years in a leadership role • Proven experience in building an enablement function supporting go-to-market and operational functions • Understanding of value-based sales strategies and implementation • Track record of hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high performing teams • Engaging leader with executive presence setting high standards and accountability • Strong project management acumen to drive operational excellence with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills influencing senior leadership • Strong customer-facing presence interacting with customers, vendors, and 3rd parties
