Description

•HICX is a leading worldwide provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for digital supplier management. •The Director of Professional Services, is responsible for leading our teams to deliver successful software implementation projects. •You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of projects, managing our people, project governance, financials, KPI’s, risks, issues, quality assurance of deliverables and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. •Additionally, the Director of Professional Services is responsible for contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives. •Ability to travel about 25% on average or as needed (some international travel may be required). •The Director of Professional Services, will be a senior lead of our Professional Services team to own all aspects of project delivery. •They will demonstrate natural leadership skills, and be expected to oversee and complete multi-phase client deliverables with minimal guidance and oversight.

Requirements

•10+ years professional experience leading software implementations (SaaS preferred) •5+ years domain experience with procurement software such as SIM or P2P (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc.) •5+ years experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) •Significant experience in enterprise transformation and implementation methodologies •Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills •Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills •Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Additional certification such as PMP or PRINCE II
