• Ready to Build the Future of Supplier Data Management? • HICX is seeking a transformational VP of Engineering to lead and scale our global software team. • In this role, you will advance the world’s leading supplier data and information management software, directly shaping the customer experience, driving company growth, and reinforcing our position as a market leader. • You will execute our technology strategy, champion operational excellence, and enable high-velocity product delivery. • You will lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing, distributed engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • You will refine processes and best practices that enhance both team performance and product impact. • This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex data and integration challenges, and is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver business outcomes. • Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to overall company strategy and execution. • You will partner closely with the CTO, who leads technology vision, architecture, and innovation. • HICX is the world’s leading provider of supplier data and information management software. • Our low-code platform streamlines supplier management, transforming procurement and supplier operations. • By automating and modernizing processes, we help some of the world’s most complex and innovative organizations enhance efficiency while delivering a seamless experience for their suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of success delivering scalable enterprise software solutions on time and within budget. • Experience leading global engineering teams (40+ people), with success hiring, coaching, and scaling organizations. • Deep understanding of Agile, engineering best practices, and product lifecycle management to drive predictable, high-velocity product delivery. • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution when needed. • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Preferred but not required: Experience with B2B products, low-code platforms, AI, data and integration platforms.
