• Lead and scale the engineering team for The Homebuilding Cloud • Maintain the dynamic between Product and Engineering teams • Grow, coach, and retain engineering talent • Partner with CTO on architecture-level decisions • Own the engineering budget and hiring
🎯 Requirements
• Strong leadership abilities with natural charisma • Has led execution to ship major products with large user-bases on the web • Strong track record as a high performing leader • Extensive management experience, of ICs and of managers • Experience with a partially or completely distributed team • Experience with real-time 3D graphics on the web is a plus
