• 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and building SaaS and eCommerce Platforms. • Ability to lead products through growth stages. • Experience leading teams in a remote environment. • Ability to empower managers and instill a culture of quality. • Demonstrated ability to set strategy for evolving systems. • Experience driving a multi-product program through various stages. • Self-driven for high-quality outcomes. • Experience building scalable organizations. • Ability to communicate across multiple audiences. • Self-driven in cross-functional leadership for high-quality outcomes. • Ability to make informed decisions considering trade-offs.
