🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large teams of managers and software engineers (30+) delivering cross-functional projects. • A passion for aligning engineering initiatives with business goals. • Experience working with peers in engineering, product, design, and other departments. • A strong foundation as a hands-on software engineer. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A data-driven leader who thrives on identifying opportunities and scaling solutions.
