Description

• Preparation of ad-hoc weekly and monthly reports for the FP&A management team to guide discussions with key stakeholders on changes in projects • Coordinate and prepare the material for a monthly project NPV reviews with the project management team in conjunction with the manager of FP&A. • Translate operational changes into value metrics to guide decision making for projects under construction. • Collaborate with team leaders to analyze and report financial performance and business drivers in comparison to those assumptions. • Assist accounting & finance teams to ensure cohesive presentation of business plans and forecasts. • Analyze, review, & communicate the Company’s global metrics/key performance indicators as they are identified. • Perform ad hoc reporting and analytics & what-if/scenario analyses. • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on system implementations to improve forecast/reporting processes, streamline workstreams, increase team productivity.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance or business operations at high-growth companies • 3+ years of relevant work experience • Significant FP&A, project management experience • Demonstrated ability to establish and improve processes and organizational design • Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once • Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations • Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
